The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations
We believe that man was created good and upright; but man voluntarily sinned and thereby incurred both physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God
We believe that the only means of our being cleansed from sin is through repentance and through faith in the precious blood of Christ. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation
We believe that the ordinances of the church are the communion of the Lord’s Supper and Baptism in Water by immersion, in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit
We believe that baptism in the Holy Spirit is granted to all believers who ask for it. We further believe that this experience is distinct from and follows the new birth, that it was the normal experience of New Testament Christians, and that it brings an endowment of power for Christian living and service
We believe that the baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance. Speaking in tongues is the same in essence as the gift of tongues but is different in its purpose and use
We believe that the Scriptures teach a life of holiness. Sanctification is separation from that which is evil and dedication unto God. We believe that all believers should earnestly pursue sanctification by walking in obedience to God’s Word. We further believe that a Christian is able to live a godly life by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is a part of the “general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven”
